Homemade Bread
As every year, this year, I baked a bun in mass production during the happy Easter week.When many of my friends asked for a recipe, I said, so let me share the recipe from here, and eat it with pleasure😋
Let me just warn you from the beginning, the smell of malale and the gum like a miss spreading around may cause your neighbors to ring your ears.
Easter buns:
Materials:
- 500 gr. Fame
- 10 gr. dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- 125 gr. butter
- 200 gr. candy
- 125 ml. milk
- 1 tablespoon of mahaleb
- 1 teaspoon of drop gum
- Mix the yeast with warm milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar for 10 minutes. Soak.
- Melt the butter and leave to cool.
- Add eggs, butter and remaining sugar to the yeast mixture and mix. (liquid mixture)
- Add mahaleb and drop gum in the flour. (Dry mix)
- Open the middle of the dry mixture like a pool, add the liquid mixture and knead slowly. At first you have a slick dough, but do not panic :) Add the flour slowly and continue kneading until the dough is collected.
- Yeast dough in a covered container for 1 hour.
- Divide the fermented dough into 6 equal pieces and knit in 3 pieces each in the form of braids. (You can also divide it into 3 pieces and make one big.)
- Put the knitted dough on the baking tray and cover it with a cloth for 15 minutes. ferment until more.
- After fermentation, rub egg yolk on them and sprinkle with almonds on the net.
- 35-40 min in 170 degree preheated oven. Cook.
