For the Vanilla Fudge:
- 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla frosting
- 1 (12 ounce) bag dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting
- 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (16 ounce) container strawberry frosting
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with non stick foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
- Add the chocolate chips and butter to a medium microwave safe bowl; heat until chips are melted (about 1 minute and 30 seconds) in 30 second intervals.
- Stir until all chips are melted and creamy.
- Stir in frosting until incorporated; pour into prepared baking dish.
- Using an off set spatula or spoon evenly smooth out the fudge.
- Place in the refrigerator while making the next layer.
- Add the chocolate chips and butter to a medium microwave safe bowl; heat until chips are melted (about 1 minute and 30 seconds) in 30 second intervals.
- Stir until all chips are melted and creamy.
- Stir in frosting until incorporated; pour into prepared baking dish on top of vanilla layer.
- Using an off set spatula or spoon evenly smooth out the fudge.
- Place in the refrigerator while making the next layer.
- Add the chocolate chips and butter to a medium microwave safe bowl; heat until chips are melted (about 1 minute and 30 seconds) in 30 second intervals.
- Stir until all chips are melted and creamy.
- Stir in frosting until incorporated; pour into prepared baking dish.
- Using an off set spatula or spoon evenly smooth out the fudge.
- Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until hardened.
- Cut into small pieces.
