Delicious Neapolitan Fudge

INGREDIENTS
For the Vanilla Fudge:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla frosting
For the Dark Chocolate Fudge:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting
For the Strawberry Fudge:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) container strawberry frosting
Instructions
  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with non stick foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
For the Vanilla Fudge:
  1. Add the chocolate chips and butter to a medium microwave safe bowl; heat until chips are melted (about 1 minute and 30 seconds) in 30 second intervals.
  2. Stir until all chips are melted and creamy.
  3. Stir in frosting until incorporated; pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. Using an off set spatula or spoon evenly smooth out the fudge.
  5. Place in the refrigerator while making the next layer.
For the Dark Chocolate Fudge:
  1. Add the chocolate chips and butter to a medium microwave safe bowl; heat until chips are melted (about 1 minute and 30 seconds) in 30 second intervals.
  2. Stir until all chips are melted and creamy.
  3. Stir in frosting until incorporated; pour into prepared baking dish on top of vanilla layer.
  4. Using an off set spatula or spoon evenly smooth out the fudge.
  5. Place in the refrigerator while making the next layer.
For the Strawberry Fudge:
  1. Add the chocolate chips and butter to a medium microwave safe bowl; heat until chips are melted (about 1 minute and 30 seconds) in 30 second intervals.
  2. Stir until all chips are melted and creamy.
  3. Stir in frosting until incorporated; pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. Using an off set spatula or spoon evenly smooth out the fudge.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until hardened.
  6. Cut into small pieces.
